Stu and Optic Sugar have several projects slated for 2009 in collaboration with Exile Movies, TSL Production and Blind Faith Pictures.
I am pleased to announce the launch of the Exile Movies website, which can be seen at exilemovies.com. The website is built on the WordPress platform. From the site:
Exile Movies is a New England based production company which creates innovative, edgy and original movies, television shows and web content.
Exile was founded by Mark Fogarty, a Rhode Island based filmmaker. The goal of Exile is to create dark, fascinating pop-culture entertainment which hide deep and powerful themes.
I have worked with Mark Fogarty on numerous occasions, specifically on Man of the People and empty as a Director of Photography, and it was he who first taught me screenwriting. In addition to being Founder & Executive Director of Exile Movies, Mark co-founded and runs the Rhode Island Film Collaborative, a Providence based group that helps foster the growth of and educate the local independent film community.
